He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, Lagos in 2015 and was subsequently admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. He commenced his professional journey with M.O. Georgewill & Associates in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, where he refined his expertise as an Associate Counsel and established a robust foundation in both litigation and corporate practice.
Opeyemi is a seasoned and formidable litigator, having adeptly navigated numerous cases before various courts throughout Nigeria. His legal practice encompasses a wide array of domains, including torts, matrimonial causes, wills and probate matters, and Debt Recovery. Additionally, he has demonstrated his legal acumen in employment and benefits disputes, where he advocated for the pensioners and retirees of Addax Petroleum Development Nigeria Limited in the enforcement of their retirement and terminal benefits. He also represents financial institutions and possesses significant experience in matters pertaining to constitutional and Fundamental Rights Enforcement, including cases involving Multi Assets Leasing & Investment Limited. His expertise further extends to Real Estate Disputes, where he diligently represents developers, firms, and individual property owners.
